Kingussie is well served with eating facilities all within easy walking distance
from Benula.. For special occasions there is the award-winning Cross restaurant situated
in an old mill by the side of the River Gynack or the Auld Alliance which provides
authentic French cuisine in a traditionally furnished Scottish villa. The Silverfjord
and Tipsy Laird are restaurants serving local fare and lunchtime and evening meals
are also served in several hotels in the village. The main street has 3 cafes plus
